1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing msdi.co.in (the "Website") or enrolling in MSDI’s courses, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility
  • Courses: Open to students aged 17+ (minors require parental consent).
  • AI Tools: Users must provide accurate information; misuse (e.g., spam, harmful queries) is prohibited.
3. Enrollment & Payments
  • Fees: Course fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.
  • Payment Methods: Razorpay, UPI, or bank transfers (secured via encryption).
  • Certification: Conditional on completing coursework/exams. MSDI reserves the right to withhold certificates for misconduct.
4. User Responsibilities
  • Provide truthful information during enrollment.
  • Do not share login credentials or misuse course materials (e.g., reselling, plagiarism).
  • Comply with Indian medical ethics (e.g., no unauthorized practice using MSDI training).
5. AI Tools & Website Usage
  • AI Chatbots: Responses are for educational purposes only; not a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Prohibited: Automated scraping, spam, or illegal queries.
  • Data: Anonymous interactions may be used to improve AI performance.
6. Student Conduct & Legal Liability
1. Post-Course Responsibility
  • MedSkill Development Institute (MSDI) provides education and certification only.
  • MSDI is not liable for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities conducted by students after course completion.
2. Compliance with Indian Law
  • Students must adhere to Indian Penal Code (IPC), Medical Council Act, and all applicable laws.
  • Illegal actions such as fraudulent medical practice, forgery, or data theft are solely the student’s responsibility. MSDI holds no legal or financial liability.
3. Government Action
  • Legal violations may lead to penalties under Government of India regulations, including suspension, fines, or imprisonment under the National Medical Commission (NMC) Act, 2019 or other relevant statutes.
  • MSDI will cooperate with legal authorities if required by law.
4. Certificate Revocation
  • MSDI reserves the right to cancel certifications if a student is found guilty of unlawful conduct related to MSDI training.
7. Termination

MSDI may suspend access for:

  • Violating these Terms.
  • Non-payment or fraudulent enrollment.
  • Harmful behavior (e.g., harassment, cheating).
8. Disclaimers
  • Accuracy: MSDI strives for up-to-date content but does not guarantee 100% accuracy in course materials or AI responses.
  • Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external websites (e.g., internship portals).
  • Technical Issues: MSDI is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance or outages.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • MSDI is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost opportunities) from course participation.
  • Misuse of AI tools or self-diagnosis based on educational content is not our responsibility.
10. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by Indian law (Bardhaman jurisdiction). Disputes will first attempt resolution via arbitration.

11. Amendments

MSDI may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
